If you or your patients have questions about the Patient Concierge app, we've created a website specifically for the users of the app to serve as a resource for information. To visit click the button below. 

If users need assistance while in the app, from the Menu tap How to Use and the Need Help? button. This immediately directs users to this website to answer frequently asked questions. 

If users try to scan the QR code on the bill, but don't have the app installed on their phone, users will instantly be directed to this website to learn about the app installation and direct them to the App Store or Google Play to install.

Provide a Video for Your Hospital Bill

The Patient Concierge app provides an opportunity for you to supply a video for your app users to view when they tap the logo on your hospital bill. 

This video is a great way to promote your hospital, welcome your patients to their billing statement and thank them for their continued patronage. Consider a personal message delivered by your CEO or a branded, promotional video. A professionally-shot video should be supplied by your hospital during the implementation process of Patient Concierge app. Watch examples here. 

 

Required Video Specifications
File Format:  A .mov file or mp4 file should be uploaded to your hospital's YouTube channel. Then supply Avadyne Health with the URL link to the video(s). Please allow a minimum of a one-week lead time in providing the URL link(s) to us, prior to your implementation launch date. If you'd like to provide a separate video in Spanish, please also provide us that link. Or, you can consider recording an English-speaking video and adding Spanish translation subtitles. The choice is yours. 

Standard Size HD:  vertical framing for mobile viewing
Optimum length: 60 seconds or less per video
Optimal angle for a leadership video: Head to waist close-up; teleprompter, clear audio with no background noise
