Challenge: 

Core patient accounting systems of a large Southeast U.S. Health System could not adequately and deeply manage their workflow capabilities and their denial management. They wanted a better way to increase cash collections and decrease their insurance denials using a user-friendly and structured software with superior customer support.



Solution: 

 The Health System integrated our workflow software with their patient accounting system to maximize their productivity through our Next-in-Queue TM workpooling that focuses on the ideal time to reach, treat and care for the Patient’s Financial Experience, instead of a traditional method of generic workflow.



Results: 

The Health System decreased its denied account volume by 34.1% and achieved a lift of 18.5% in total cash collections, all without adding staff and being completely satisfied with the software and support they continue to receive.
