As the CEO of Avadyne Health, one of the 10 largest revenue cycle management firms in the country specializing in patient liability resolution, Jayson is passionate about bringing value to patients and increasing net revenue for health systems, driven by Avadyne’s technology-enabled services.
He speaks nationally about consumerism and the importance of the Patient Financial Experience in healthcare. He’ll share insights that help health systems navigate the complexities of potential revenue cycle leakage and improve patient financial satisfaction, cost to collect and loyalty.
In his role as CEO, he provides strategic direction, management oversight and drives impactful relationships to change the paradigm of the patient financial experience. Prior to joining Avadyne Health, Jayson held executive positions with Conifer Health Solutions, Navigant Cymetrix, Navigant Consulting, Capgemini and Ernst & Young, LLC.
He holds a Master of Business Administration from California State Polytechnic University-Pomona and earned an undergraduate degree in Political Science from the University of California, Los Angeles. He’s an active member of Healthcare Financial Management Association (HFMA).
As the CISO of Avadyne Health, one of the 10 largest revenue cycle management firms in the country specializing in patient liability resolution, Olivier is passionate about the security of our customers' and Avadyne's data as he brings his best practices and standards to this enterprise-wide information and data security role.
He speaks nationally about consumer protection compliance, audit and data security, risk management and HIPAA and HITECH corporate governance. He’ll share insights that help health systems navigate the complexities of revenue cycle compliance.
Compliance plays an increasing role in our business, our partnerships with providers and their patients. In his role as CISO, Olivier has an extensive background in managing complex business operations, technology and information security.
Prior to joining Avadyne Health, Olivier served as COO and Co-founder of Benchmark Revenue Management overseeing security and IT.
He holds a Master of Management and Finance from Erasmus University Rotterdam and earned an undergraduate degree in Modern History from the University of Amsterdam, both in the Netherlands.
Julie is responsible for developing and supporting client relationships with the revenue cycle partners of Avadyne Health. Under her strategic leadership, the account management team is responsible for delivering outcomes which exceed our clients’ expectations.
She works with our client partners to collaborate on the best way to effectively empower the Patient Financial Experience while identifying revenue cycle improvements. Her operational background in revenue cycle leadership gives her the ability to interact with a wide variety of financial and clinical partners to develop best practices.
As an accredited presenter and trainer whose conversational style is relatable to all types of audiences, Julie engages with practical and useful knowledge of PPACA’s 501r regulations and reporting requirement for charitable hospitals and Telephone Consumer Protection Act, TCPA, compliance. Her messages on leadership versus management and the importance of customer service when collecting cash provide key strategies and insight. She also speaks nationally about effectively managing large-scale change across healthcare organizations, incorporating patient portals and how to transition to a unified patient statement.
Julie serves as Second Vice-President on the AAHAM Illinois Chapter Board of Directors and chairs the Executive Certification Committee. She is a Certified Healthcare Finance Professional (CHFP) with HFMA, a Certified Revenue Cycle Executive (CRCE-I), a Certified Revenue Cycle Specialist (CRCS) with AAHAM and a Certified Professional Coder with AAPC.
